Delivering both classroom and practical-based training on tram systems, depot procedures, and maintenance processes. Assessing and maintaining the competency of staff using the company's competency management software. Working with third-party suppliers and OEMs to develop and enhance training courses. Supporting and motivating colleagues through coaching, mentoring and tailored learning plans. Helping to foster a positive learning culture within the Engineering department. Maintaining your own professional competencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.About YouYou'll be an experienced engineer with a strong technical background and a genuine passion for sharing your knowledge.You'll be confident communicating complex ideas clearly and effectively, whether in a workshop, classroom, or online environment.In order to be successful in this role you must have: Minimum 5 years' experience in an engineering role. Proven hands-on electrical engineering experience. NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Electrical Engineering. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Excellent attention to detail and IT proficiency (Microsoft 365). Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
