Whether you're starting fresh or changing careers, we'll provide full City & Guilds Assured training at our training centre in the north east of England and pair you with a dedicated mentor to help you become a fully qualified White Goods Engineer - Field Based. No experience in white goods repair necessary, but we are looking for candidates with previous hands on mechanical or electrical experience and using tools. What You Will Do

• Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers


• Visiting customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently


• Building on your mechanical/electrical experience to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site


• Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software


• Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence


• Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally


• Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on the job experience

What We Offer You

• Salary: £31,500 to £32,000 (depending on experience)(Inclusive of £5,000 per annum high cost living allowance for candidates living within the BA postcode area) - Salary reviewed once signed off training
