Salary and Benefits

Starting salary up to £30,496.26 for Inner London roles, with additional bonus earnings when proficient. Benefits include pension contributions, IMI Technician qualification, life assurance, 28 days holiday, and shopping discounts.

Training and Development

We provide industry-leading training to help you develop skills as a glass technician and in selling value-added products. Initial training includes two weeks offsite at our centers in Birmingham or Middlesbrough.

Typical Day

Based at our centers or on-site with customers, repairing or replacing vehicle glass using advanced technology. Work hours are Monday to Saturday, approximately 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
