Trainee Swimming Teacher - Funded Training & Paid Path

World of Swimming Ltd is looking for Trainee Swimming Teachers to follow a supported training pathway leading to paid teaching roles. The position is for those aged 16 or older who are confident in the water, reliable, and eager to learn.

You will shadow experienced teachers before progressing into paid teaching. The role offers structured training with great development opportunities and provides DBS checks and STA membership. An attractive hourly rate of £15 during training, rising to £21 once qualified.
