About the Placement

The development is being delivered on a brownfield site and includes 69 ensuite clusters and 135 self-contained studios across four blocks, ranging from six to eight storeys in height, connected by bridge links over open courtyards.

Responsibilities

As a placement student, you will be involved in the day to day management of the site, working closely with our team of professionals, contractors, suppliers, and specialists from across the business. While the focus is on learning, you will also be expected to contribute to real work activities, helping you develop practical skills and industry knowledge.

This summer placement scheme will be full time hours, Monday Friday across a 6 week period, with flexibility to suit.

Qualifications

This is a work experience placement opportunity for students who have an interest in the construction industry or are undertaking a construction related qualification. You'll need to be a competent user of MS Office suite and be able to manage your own workload.
