Trainee Shop Manager: Retail Leader in Training

Farmfoods Ltd is recruiting a Trainee Shop Manager in Littlehampton for a 18-month training programme. 45 hours per week across 5 days, starting salary £32,648.16 with potential to £35,306.88 after six months, plus a 15% staff discount and a comprehensive staff benefits package.

You will train by shadowing an experienced store manager, then run your shop with strong support from your Area Manager and progress toward a Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship.
