Trainee Shop Manager: 18 Month Apprenticeship & Growth

Farmfoods Ltd. is recruiting a Trainee Shop Manager for our Yeovil store. The role is a permanent full-time position of 45 hours across five days, with a structured 18-month training programme aimed at achieving a Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship.

You will receive a starting salary of £32,648.16 with potential progression to £35,306.88 after six months, plus a staff discount, benefits and pension as part of a supportive team environment.
