Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our friendly team based at our Solihull office. This is a Level 4 Apprenticeship lasting 18 months, offering a fantastic way to start a new career while working towards a qualification.

This position involves weekend working across a 5-day week.

About The Role

Role Overview

The role will be based at two of our New Housing Developments in Telford. It offers practical experience in our Sales department as well as the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship, becoming an integral part of the sales team.

Working hours: 5 days a week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers have a positive home buying experience
  • Ensure show homes are presented to the highest standards and report issues to management
  • Manage on-site administration
  • Build relationships with customers and external parties
About You

We are looking for applicants who:

  • Have a driven attitude and desire to succeed
  • Aspire to build a career in Sales
  • Are good communicators, both verbally and in writing
  • Are well presented and organized
  • Are IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
