Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Taking accurate messages and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Composing and responding to emails using clear and professional written English
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Learning to process weekly payroll accurately
  • Assisting with invoicing and accounts using Xero
  • Maintaining records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations as required
Skills & Knowledge
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to write clear, professional emails
  • Polite, well-mannered, and confident when dealing with people
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Reliable, punctual, and well organised
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
