Trainee Quality Inspector
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Are you looking to begin a career in quality inspection? We're recruiting for a Trainee Quality Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing business in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, has good IT skills, and wants to develop a long-term career within a quality-focused environment.
No previous quality inspection experience is required as full training will be provided.
The RoleAs a Trainee Quality Inspector, you'll work alongside an experienced quality team, learning how to inspect products, record inspection results, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. You'll also use computer systems to input data and produce quality documentation.

- Carry out visual inspections of manufactured products following training.
- Record inspection results accurately using company computer systems.
- Assist with quality documentation and reporting.
- Identify and report any quality concerns to the relevant team members.
- Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement.
- Good general IT skills and confidence using computers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
- £12.71 per hour.
- Full training provided - no previous quality inspection experience required.
