Trainee Property Manager

About the role

We are offering a full time, permanent Trainee Property Manager position located in Hessle. Salary is £26,000 £28,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Develop your career in the property industry through a structured training plan of typically 6 9 months.
• Deal with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure properties are maintained.
• Perform regular internal and external inspections, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Work as part of a team, building strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
• Spend days out and about visiting properties, making each day different.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Great administrative skills, including IT proficiency, literacy and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
