1. Qualify - July 2026
   • Finish your PGCE and take a well-earned breather.
2. Summer Term 2026 - Work on Supply
   • Short-term or day-to-day supply teaching
   • Build confidence in different classrooms
   • Make connections with schools beyond your placement
   • Earn money while gaining valuable experience
   • Work out what type of school suits you best
3. September 2026 - Find the Right Role
   • Secure your first long-term teaching role
   • Complete your NQT induction part-time
   • Continue with day-to-day supply while working towards induction
