The Role

Cover a dedicated geographical area providing support to customers by resolving pest issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests.
• Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence.
• Offer advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns.
• May be required to pass a DBS check.
