Our client is a proud, family-run engineering business with big ambitions and a growing national footprint. As part of their long-term growth strategy, they are investing in the next generation of leadership and they are looking for a Trainee Manager to join them on that journey.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone with strong potential and a hunger to grow into a key management role within their business.

About the Program

Over a structured 2 3-year training period (depending on your progress), you will gain hands-on experience across every core area of the business, including:

• Engineering and Technical Services
• Order Processing and Operations
• Sales and Business Development
• People and Team Management

By the end of the program, you'll have a full 360 understanding of what it takes to run a successful branch and you'll be ready to step into a management position, leading your own team.
