As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Derby, you will receive:

• £28,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose built training location
• Industry leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day to day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Derby:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
