HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINEE

As a Human Resources Trainee, you will be part of a passionate team that shapes the colleague experience across our two vibrant hotels at Zurich Airport. You will support the HR department in daily operations, from onboarding new colleagues to coordinating interviews and organizing internal events. You are not just an administrator - you are a communicator, a connector, and a culture ambassador.

You will take care of our internal communications, including managing the calendar and newsletters, maintaining colleague records, and ensuring our recruitment platforms are up to date. You'll also help plan colleague events and respond to colleague questions via email, phone and in person.

You are not only highly organized but also a team player with a keen ear and an eye for detail. You learn quickly, are curious to learn and actively contribute - with empathy, curiosity, and a smile.
