Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join our successful Tylers residential sales team in Willingham

This is an entry-level role designed to develop you into a fully fledged estate agency professional. You will learn every aspect of the estate agency model through a structured, industry leading development and training programme, setting you up and providing exposure to diverse pathways across the business, including Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services, allowing you to control your career.

£25k Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission Clear Career Progression

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To be successful as a Trainee Estate Agent, you will:

  • Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service
  • Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
