Key Responsibilities

• Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ground transport for corporate clients
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner
• Learn to manage and handle travel requests and queries through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Keep up to date with industry trends, travel regulations, and new technology
• Work closely with senior consultants to gain valuable knowledge and skills
