Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum + £6,000 Levelling Up Payment (tax free)

The RoleYou will deliver Agricultural Engineering to Level 3 students, combining practical workshop based learning with classroom teaching. Your industry knowledge will play a key role in preparing learners for careers in modern agricultural engineering. This is a hands on teaching role where real world experience is highly valued.
Ideal Background- A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant specialism
- Strong experience working with agricultural machinery such as tractors and combine harvesters
- Knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics and pneumatics (tickets highly desirable)
- A passion for developing the next generation of engineers
No teaching experience? No problem - full training and support will be provided.
Teacher Training & Support- Fully funded Level 5 Teaching Qualification (apprenticeship route)
- 1.5 hours per week of protected study time
