Job Description

Our client, a very important consultancy company is looking for an intern to join their HR team in Madrid. This position is designed as a formative opportunity to gain practical experience in vthe Recruitment area, supporting internal processes and employees within the organization.


Your main duties will include:

Having full ownership of the recruiting system (updating and maintaining the data base for tracking and reporting).

Recruiting processes and follow-up applications (from incoming resumes and screening to decision and conversion).

Handling contacts with candidates.

Ensuring organization and logistics for the recruiting processes.

Assisting in coordination of local campus recruiting efforts, attending local recruiting events as necessary and maintaining event database.


You'll have a six-month+six-month internship contract so you can develop your recruitment and organizational skills in an international company.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or similar (already finished).
  • Initial experience in an HR department.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.


We offer a 6 months + 6 months internship contract with a salary in line with market rates and the possibility of home office a couple days a week after the first few weeks.
