Building new and maintaining existing relationships with our Brokers and partners to maximise conversion and retention whilst maintaining profitability.Main Responsibilities: Underwrite new business and renewal cases in accordance with the internal underwriting guide and authority awarded Trade with Brokers to maximise conversion and retention Manage the day to day handling of Renewal/Existing and New Business Carry out underwriting file reviews and feedback Contribute to drive income, conversion and retention and meet associated objectives Support the development of new products Perform other duties from time to time as determined by the management Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner To underwrite taking all necessary care to protect the interest of our capacity providers Carry out macro underwriting tasks as requiredSkill Required: Key underwriting team role Display excellent sales and trading behaviours Ability to work as a team and follow the culture and values of Plum Underwriting through appropriate behaviour and actions as detailed in the Core Business and Professional Behaviours section of this job description Strive for excellence in service delivery to all our brokers Excellent numerical, analytical and planning skills Excellent interpersonal skillsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
