Trading Team Leader - Drive Stock, Coaching & Sales

B&Q Athlone is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead a high-performing in-store team and drive commercial delivery on the sales floor.

You will oversee stock management, range changes and promotions, coach colleagues, and use sales data and customer feedback to improve service.

This permanent role offers flexible hours (full-time/part-time/job share), a competitive up to €45,000 salary plus bonus and pension, plus 6.8 weeks holiday and wellbeing benefits.
