Role

Trade Operative - Plumber

Location: Kingsmead Office, London, E9 - covering the London region

Salary: £37,386 - £39,354 per year

Hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Carry out all types of joinery repairs from replacing a door to lifting and replacing floors, fitting kitchen units and fitting doors and windows
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and restocked as needed
  • Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, resolving problems or initiating the means of resolution, and keeping customers informed
  • Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
Skills and experience
  • To comply with Building Safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Good communication and customer care skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and priortise workloads
  • Role involves driving on company business; a full valid UK driving licence is required
