Hybrid Role - Central London Based - Rolling Contract role
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering daily IT support to ensure the smooth operation of the trading floor environment.
- Managing local assets and addressing proximity tickets efficiently.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Keeping processes and documentation updated and aligned with standard procedures.
- Providing support for telecom systems.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in server and application management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell and Unix administration.
- Experience in trading floor support.
- Strong problem solving abilities and capability to perform under pressure.
