Trade Counter

We're hiring Trade Counter Sales Assistants for our New Southgate depot!

If you've got great customer service skills and enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role in the trade environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Serve customers at the trade counter with a friendly, professional approach
• Handle calls, process orders, returns, and special item requests
• Keep the counter clean, stocked, and merchandised
• Perform stock checks and update promotional displays
• Follow health & safety procedures and support your team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a trade counter/builders merchant role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and a team player mindset
• Basic IT skills

Shifts & Pay

• 6:00am-3:00pm or 8:15am-5:15pm
• Every other Saturday
• Some bank holiday work required
• Double pay on bank holidays
• Monthly bonuses available
• 30 days holiday
