Job Description

Step into Magnet as a Business Development Manager in Chingford and help grow our Trade business.

What you'll be doing

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to encourage current account spending
  • Collaborating with Store Managers, Trade Counters, & Kitchen Sales Designers to convert sales and provide seamless service
  • Create business development opportunities within the market by generating new leads, opening new accounts, and driving kitchen sales
  • Applying your own initiative to grow brand awareness within the area
  • Supporting by maintaining an outstanding level of product knowledge and customer service to promote live offers & benefits

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in account management, sales generation, and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market (trade market experience is desirable)
  • Understanding of kitchen design and the kitchen fitting process, or insight into the KBB industry is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure the best customer experience
  • Great team player with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels
