Due to continued expansion of our established and highly successful business, we are actively seeking Trackway Installer crew Operatives to join our operations team. There are vacancies in Oxfordshire, Preston, Norwich and Lanark.

NPK Access Solution Ltd is the sole supplier of Durabase matting in the UK - hiring and installing this class-leading site access solution throughout the UK.
Our matting system allows our customers to access their work sites, often located in very challenging locations, throughout the year. We have a wide-ranging client base across construction, events, crane hire and temporary builds, to name but a few. We are exceptionally strong in the utility sector, where our customers require access all year round to power networks, railway lines and energy installations.

Our installation and recovery operations are undertaken across the entire UK, often in remote locations working in all weather, and involve working as a crew of two/three team members or more, often with nights away.

Essential Functions
The flexibility to work as partners to Drivers and Plant Operators on installation and recovery operations throughout the UK which will involve working as a two/three-person crew including nights away in paid accommodation (not sharing).
The successful applicant will be:
- Ability to follow exact direction.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (crane)
- Knowledge of hand tools.
- Must be able to adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and rules.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills required to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (day, night, occasional weekends).
- Ability to assist with installing/removing mats/pins, and making them ready to transport.
- Construction and Transmission & Distribution experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug/alcohol screen/physical.
- Reliable and trustworthy, good time keeper, able to use their own initiative and highly motivated.
- Full training will be provided, with development opportunities and ability to progress within the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, plus overtime opportunities at time in half and double time, night out allowance, hotel stay not required to share, transport from the main yard to job sites so you will not need to use your own transport when on the road. Requirements
A full car Driving Licence is required.
CSCS card desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
