Job Description

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Manager, Compensation & Analytics within the Total Rewards team in Letterkenny. You will lead headcount and compensation reporting, develop forecasting models, and design compensation structures based on market benchmarks to support the business strategy.

Collaborate with global peers, advise on EU Pay Transparency, manage ad-hoc requests, and drive process improvements using Excel, Power BI and benchmarking data.
