Within the Toolshop, cutting tools are designed, manufactured and maintained in-house to support production. You'll work with advanced machinery, specialised software and experienced colleagues in an environment where quality and continuous improvement are part of the daily routine. Program grinding cycles using ANCA software Perform CNC grinding on ANCA grinding machines Work in accordance with the strict quality standards of the aerospace industry MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level CNC Machinists who want to develop into Tool Grinders are encouraged to apply Good command of the English language, both spoken and written A proactive team player who can set priorities Available to work in a two-shift schedule Extensive training, development and career progression opportunities Modern machinery and specialist software A professional and supportive team
