Are you passionate about precision engineering and would you like to work on components used in the aerospace industry? As a Tool Grinder, you'll play an important role in the machining process by ensuring cutting tools are manufactured, maintained and optimised to the highest standards. If you currently work as a CNC Machinist and are looking to specialise further, this could be an excellent next step in your career. Within the Toolshop, cutting tools are designed, manufactured and maintained in-house to support production. You'll work with advanced machinery, specialised software and experienced colleagues in an environment where quality and continuous improvement are part of the daily routine. Program grinding cycles using ANCA software Perform CNC grinding on ANCA grinding machines Work in accordance with the strict quality standards of the aerospace industry MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level CNC Machinists who want to develop into Tool Grinders are encouraged to apply Good command of the English language, both spoken and written A proactive team player who can set priorities Available to work in a two-shift schedule Extensive training, development and career progression opportunities Modern machinery and specialist software A professional and supportive team Are you the Tool Grinder we're looking for, or would you like to learn more about this opportunity?
