Are you an animal lover who is passionate about helping pet owners experiencing homelessness?

We're seeking a Together Through Homelessness Team Leader responsible for managing our veterinary scheme, which offers free veterinary treatment to dogs whose owners are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

What does this role do?

As the Together Through Homelessness Team Leader, you will:

• Manage the daily operations of our veterinary scheme, supporting the Together Through Homelessness Coordinators to deliver excellent service to pet owners and providing support for complex cases.
• Collaborate with the Pets and Housing Manager to respond to information requests about the service.
• Coordinate the Christmas parcel service, distributing over 2,000 gift parcels each December to bring festive cheer to dogs and their owners.

Could this be you?

Successful candidates will have experience managing a busy service or project, preferably within the charity sector. A strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in housing crisis and their support needs is essential, along with experience or knowledge of safeguarding procedures. Supervisory or team management experience is required, with the ability to coach, lead, and motivate teams to provide high-quality service.
