TIG Welder

We are looking for experienced Welders to join our client's team on the Pools, Tanks, and Liners project at Hinkley Point C- one of the UK's most significant infrastructure and energy developments.TIG WelderHourly rate of £29.34 + Overtime up to £52.82 per hour10-11-hour shift (Day and Nights)Week 1: 10 days on, 4 days offWeek 2: 9 days on 5 days offSite Based at Hinkley Point, BridgewaterTIG WelderJob Description

• Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components and structures to strict engineering standards.
• Perform welding in accordance with approved procedures, with FCAW experience considered advantageous.
• Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings, specifications, and welding procedures.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure weld quality and integrity.
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to support efficient site operations and meet project deadlines.

TIG WelderEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience in TIG welding, specifically with stainless steel.
• Certification and experience working to BS EN ISO 9606-1 and BTS 3.01 standards.
• Strong understanding of quality control and site safety practices.

• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
• Full right to work in the UK (BPSS clearance will be conducted for the successful candidate)
