Ticketing Systems Lead - NFC & Matchday Ops

Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club is seeking a hands-on ticketing professional to own home matchday ticketing setups, parking sales, and away ticket distribution. You will oversee Amex access control and ensure seamless NFC ticketing via Apple and Google wallets.

You will lead staff briefings on matchdays, manage end-of-game reconciliations, and serve as the key liaison with Crawley Town FC, including work on Women's Super League fixtures.
