Ticketing Manager: Lead Fan Experience & Operations

AFC Bournemouth is seeking a Ticketing Manager to lead the ticket office, ensuring excellent supporter experience and operational efficiency across fixtures and events. The role will develop the team and manage day-to-day operations to meet busy on-sale periods.

You will work with the Chief Sales Officer and stakeholders to deliver joined-up ticketing, balance supporter needs with commercial objectives and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with PL/UEFA/FA rules.
