Job Description
North Lakes Children's Services in Carlisle is seeking an experienced Residential Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed Children's Home for boys aged 6-18 with EBD. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week with a salary of £35,037.45 per annum and a Monday-to-Friday pattern.
The successful candidate will inspire the team, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and maintain strong leadership across shifts.
