Job Description

Compass Community Schools seeks a Therapeutic Pastoral Lead to join our leadership team, guiding holistic student support under a trauma-informed framework. You will run targeted intervention groups, model therapeutic interactions, and ensure SMSC and personal development are integrated into daily practice.

You will receive extensive CPD, Safeguarding training and supportive supervision, with strong opportunities for career progression within our expanding Therapeutic Services team and Compass
