Therapeutic Children's Home Manager

Health Recruit Network is seeking an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager for Eastbourne. You will lead a therapeutic, trauma-informed home, ensuring safe, high-quality care aligned with Ofsted standards while motivating the team and delivering outstanding outcomes for children.

You'll supervise staff, oversee care planning and safeguarding, and build partnerships with authorities, schools, CAMHS, and families. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.
