Therapeutic Children's Home Deputy Manager Lead & Grow Team

Sgs-Care-Ltd, in Swindon, is seeking a Deputy Manager for a 5-bed therapeutic children's home. You will support the Registered Manager, lead shifts, and guide a dedicated staff team to deliver safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed care for children and young people with LD and EBD.

The role offers a 42-hour week, a mix of on-shift and admin duties, and progression through Level 5 leadership training. Salary £34,000-£38,000 with sleep-ins paid at £70 each.
