New Reflexions is opening a brand-new 2-bed Response Home in Shropshire and seeks compassionate Children's Residential Care Workers to join the team. You will build trusting relationships, provide therapeutic support, and help children build confidence and resilience in a safe environment.

No prior residential childcare experience is required; we provide a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and opportunities to gain recognised qualifications.
