Theatre Operations Lead

NHS Scotland is seeking a post holder to assess care needs, evaluate care plans, and ensure delivery of high quality patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team. The role includes ongoing responsibility for department management in the absence of the Clinical Lead and participation in 24/7 on-call rosters.

The post requires PVG membership and will involve supervision, deployment of staff, and governance responsibilities across clinical and staff domains.
