Theatre Operations Lead - Patient-Centric Care

NHS Scotland in Edinburgh is seeking a post holder to join a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for assessment of care needs, evaluation of care plans and delivering high quality patient centred care. In the absence of the Clinical Lead, the post holder will share management of the department, including supervision and deployment of staff.

The role includes accountability for maintaining clinical and staff governance, participation in duty rosters including day, long days, weekends and
