Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - Theatre Services Manager

A large and prestigious private hospital in Dublin 7 is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - Theatre Services Manager to lead its Theatre Services team. This role is perfect for an experienced perioperative nurse with strong leadership skills looking to join a progressive acute hospital.

• Registered General Nurse with current NMBI registration.
• Minimum 10 years' acute hospital experience, including at least 5 years in perioperative nursing.
• Minimum 3 years' management experience at CNM2 level (or equivalent) within a theatre environment.
• Recognised post-registration qualification in Perioperative Nursing.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality improvement.
• A postgraduate qualification in Leadership or Management and experience in clinical audit or service improvement are desirable.
