My client is looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead customer-facing delivery and testing governance for the Client engagement in the Netherlands.
The role requires a senior leader who can independently represent the customer at leadership forums, manage multiple stakeholders and vendors, understand the Customer & environment and expectations, drive internal teams, and ensure successful delivery of testing and related workstreams.
The candidate should bring a combination of Telecom OSS/BSS domain expertise, strong testing knowledge, delivery leadership, customer management, executive communication, and multi-vendor coordination. This is a highly visible customer-facing role requiring strong leadership presence and the ability to operate independently from the customer location.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Strong Testing/QA knowledge and experience
Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience
15+ years of overall IT experience, with significant Telecom experience
Senior-level delivery/project management experience
