Test Manager

We're searching for a Senior Test Manager to specifically take full ownership of a Disaster Recovery test cycle for a large-scale enterprise client.

You'll lead the end-to-end DR test effort; from scoping and governance to test execution and retrospective, collaborating with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to ensure robust planning, delivery, and reporting.

What you'll do:

• Define scope, objectives, and governance with all stakeholders
• Lead full DR test lifecycle, including stakeholder coordination and planning
• Manage test execution phases (DNA, MVB recovery milestones)
• Coordinate DR readiness with DevOps, Infra & App teams
• Prepare runbooks and support SRP documentation
• Report test outcomes and run retrospectives
• Identify automation opportunities for improved repeatability

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading complex DR/BCM projects
• Strong background in business continuity and disaster recovery testing
• Certified ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
• Experience with Cybervault, hybrid cloud & infrastructure testing
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, ITIL, and Agile
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Experience working for large insurance companies, finance or banking companies will be highly beneficial
• Confident, proactive leadership and stakeholder management
