Test Center Proctor & Customer Experience Lead

Pearson VUE in Wolverhampton is seeking a Test Centre Administrator to support exams delivery at our centres. You will welcome candidates, check IDs, and ensure a secure, friendly testing environment while providing excellent customer service.

This part-time role requires at least 12 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.60 per hour. Flexibility across shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends, will help us meet busy testing schedules.
