Job Description
Job Summary

Test Centre Administrator - part time at Pearson VUE in Wolverhampton. Provide secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a friendly environment.

Pay & Hours

Minimum 12 hours per week. Pay rate £13.60 per hour, paid at the end of each month.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome, greet and check in customers and test taking candidates.
  • Comply with all exam testing security and procedures, following company policies with careful judgment.
  • Verify candidate identification documents and explain exam procedures and rules.
  • Proctor or invigilate candidates during exams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with IT and other internal departments.
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations.
Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage. School qualifications in English and Maths. Excellent attention to detail, willing to sit long periods, escort candidates to and from exam rooms, and flexible to work a variety of shifts Monday through Sunday, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Friendly, professional team player.
