Test & Approvals Engineer -Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure compliance with EN280 and ISO 13849.
• Perform a range of environmental and regulatory tests, including IP67, EMC, FCC, and CE marking.
• Document the full validation and approvals lifecycle to meet both project and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of EN280, ISO 13849, and functional safety principles.
• Hands on experience conducting IP rating tests, EMC compliance, and managing FCC approvals.
• Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Functional Safety certification (e.g., TÜV) - highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, FMEA, and risk assessment methodologies.
