Keller Executive Search is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Test - Job professional to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the quality and performance of our products through comprehensive testing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all software deliverables meet high standards of quality.

• Develop and execute thorough test plans and scenarios.
• Identify, document, and report defects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with software developers to understand features and functionality.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Assist in the maintenance of test environments and tools.
• Prepare and deliver test summary reports to stakeholders.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing (at least 2 years).
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Experience with automated testing tools is preferred.
