Territory Manager - South West Ireland
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Manager to join a growing sales team covering South West Ireland. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in agricultural machinery and a passion for building long term customer relationships. The Territory Manager will be responsible for securing machinery consignments, developing new business, and maintaining a strong pipeline of stock for auction events across the territory.
Key Responsibilities- Secure consignments of agricultural machinery and equipment for auction
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
- Build a strong network of buyers and sellers across the agricultural sector
- Attend auction events, supporting both preparation and sale days
- Negotiate confidently with customers to maximise commercial opportunities
- Monitor machinery values, market trends, and industry developments
- Work towards sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system

The Candidate- Minimum 4 years' sales experience within the agricultural sector, ideally involving machinery or equipment
- Strong knowledge of the agricultural machinery market, including equipment values and current industry trends
- Proven ability to generate new business, negotiate effectively, and achieve sales targets
- Well connected within the agricultural industry with an established network of contacts
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship building skills, with the ability to work independently
- Full UK or Irish driving licence with willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and attend auction events
