Term-Time School Kitchen Lead Nutritious Meals

Vertas is seeking a Head of Kitchen for Drakelow Park Flying High Academy to lead the school catering operation. The role is 22.5 hours per week, term time only, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 1:30pm, located at DE15 9UA.

You will ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, and comply with food safety, allergen and hygiene regulations, creating a positive dining experience for pupils and staff. You will manage the daily kitchen operations, supervise a small team, monitor stock and
